No there isn't. Do you touch your nails. You leave them be. Don't make your nailbeds pay because you're broke.

yea, this is wat i used to do:
first put a ton of new, wet nailpolish over ur nail, then quickly wipe it off with a cotton ball.
also, u can try scraping it off with ur finger nial, or any other sharp object
