spray some hairspray to it and let it soak and with a bristle brush scrap it and it will come off then wash ,with some spray and shout.How do you remove dried nail polish from a bedspread?

It's true. If the polish has dried, you're not going to be able to get it out. Sorry.
If its completely dried you are pretty much stuck with it.
i would say acctone or turps.....failing that just buy a new one..irish wisdom
