Is it possible to get nail polish out of blue jeans?

I have tried nail polish remover, soaking them over night in detergent... so far nothing's worked. I'm afraid they're ruined for good, but was just checking to see if anybody out there knew a little removal secret. Is it possible to get nail polish out of blue jeans?
I just read this to try bug spray?? like cutter's deep woods bug repellant. don't know if this will work but there are a few other listed on the website along with stories of what item had polish on it and how they removed it so check it out and see if it helps!!

Remove Nail Polish Stains From:

Acrylic Fabric, Burlap Cotton, Linen, Modacrylic,

Nylon, Olefin, Polyester, Rope, Spandex

Scrape the excess. Test acetone on an inconspicuous place. If fiber color doesn't change, flush acetone through the stain to an absorbent pad. When no more stain is being removed, change pads and flush well with dry-cleaning solvent. Allow to dry thoroughly.

Good luck!
Try this, scrape the excess. You will need acetone so test acetone on an inconspicuous place on the jeans somewhere. If fiber colour doesn't change, flush acetone through the stain to an absorbent pad. When no more stain is being removed, change pads and flush well with dry-cleaning solvent. Allow to dry thoroughly. Then just wash as normal. Good luck. Also just google it and any good how to site will help you. :)
buy a bottle of acetone from the paint department of the nearest home center. Put a thick stack of paper towels under the stain. Start at the outside of the stain and pour the acetone in a circle around the stain. The acetone should dissolve the polish and wash it through the fabric.
first let it dry then scrape as much as you can off lightly

now get you come clear finger nail polish remover not the colored one rub gently all ways test a hidden spot on your pants using any thing that way you can be safe not to make it worse good luck
Pain remover like Varsol should work ,put some on the spot and rub together .
