The base for nail polish is lacquer thinner.. Get some of that or some acetone or even nail polish remover, thats pretty much acetone. Keep working it till it dissolves.. It wont dissolve in water..How do I get rid of nail polish stain on clothes?
Nail polish remover works. Do it in layers though. Too much will ruin the clothes. Sometimes washing clothes just sets the stains in.
