How do you get nail polish off of wallpaper?

I accidently knocked a whole bottle of nail polish onto my tiled bathroom floor. I got most of it off the floor with nail polish remover, but some of it splashed onto the wallpaper around the floor. Nail polish remover worked a little, until it started rubbing off the color on the paper. Any suggestions??How do you get nail polish off of wallpaper?
Try a magic eraser...it will get anything off!How do you get nail polish off of wallpaper?
nail polish remover or bleach
Acetone (like polish remover) and laquer thinners may remove the color in the paper along with the polish. If it's a small area you could fill in the colors with a little matching paint and a small paint brush.

If you have or can get some more of that wallpaper; you could match it up and do a repair

Or get a coordinating paper border for above baseboard and at ceiling line.

or - last resort take matching paper from an inconspicuous spot, behind an appliance or toilet bowl or something that will not likely be moved and use it for repair.
