OMG my daughter spilled a whole bottle of red polish on blue carpet. I bought 3 bottles of acetone nail polish remover -- it can't be the fake non-acetone type and absolutely saturated the carpet. At first it started streaking and I was freaking but as I kept pouring it on and rubbing it with a white cloth every bit came out!! and the original carpet did not fade! you can't get it too wet with the stuff. amazing!How do I get nail polish out of carpet?
